Q: How can I pay?

A: We accept cash on the day and all major credit cards in advance of the Journey

Q: Am I charged if my flight is delayed

A: No there is no extra charge if your flight is delayed. Using Airport real time data we check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver.

Q: Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?

A: Ideally at a pre fixed collection point convenient to you or upon request your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area. We recommend you provided your mobile number so that we can stay in contact once you arrive. Please take a note of our phone number so you can ring us if you need to. For your own peace of mind, please take a note of our Telephone number, if you have need to contact us.

Q: Do you operate a fixed price policy?

A: We offer a fixed price policy for a defined location such as Airports or confirmed postal codes. On Airport pick-ups the price charged allows for up to 40 minutes waiting time after the plane lands. Each period thereafter of 15 minutes will be charged at £5 per unit.

Q: Do I pay for the parking and Road toll charges?

A: It is the clients responsibility to pay, in addition to the fare, all Car Parking and Road Toll charges. However, for ease the driver will pay all charges in the first instance. Your driver will supply you with a receipt. Upon reimbursing the Driver a receipt can be presented upon request.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

A: Our vehicles are sole use vehicles, our prices are per vehicle.

Q: How early do I need to book my taxi?

A: All online bookings should be made 24 hours in advance. For bookings within the next 24 hours please call us to confirm availability.

Q: What hours do you operate?

A: We provide a 24/7 service subject to availability.

Q: Can I have email or text confirmation

A: On request we can offer confirmation service at FOC.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Bookings cancelled prior to 24 hours will be refunded in full. If you don't notify us 24 hours prior to your booking there will be no refund.
